On our way to Taiwan and China in business class at $12,000.00 per ticket 2010.  We always prefer to fly business class or first class on international flights as the service is impecable and the seats recline to a near- horizontal or fully horizontal position which ensures very comfortable sleeping on flights averaging 12- 14 hours... SWEET!

Mr. Jet Set C.E.O. flying in luxury at home in business class!  Well worth every penny of $12,000.00 per ticket for which our most gracious hosts paid.

More complimentary fine dining just before the press conference announcing Dr. Jans' arrival to yet another Pacific Rim country the day prior to giving a lecture at the Chang Gung Childrens's Hospital after taking the Taiwan High Speed Rail to reach our destination at 254 m.p.h.!  This is the fastest i have traveled on land and it was sweet!  Pictured below is Dr. Jan and our incredibly gracious host and friend in the front row fourth from the left;  President of HealthBanks Chang Hsiu-kang and our friend and travel companion to Jans' right Dr. Holland who also gave several lectures in Taiwan and Hong Kong.

My ticket for the Ngong Ping 360 cable car ride in the Crystal Cabin up to the Giant Buddah on the Ngong Ping plateau on Lanton Island.  Dr. Jan and I on the way up...

This is the South China Sea on our way to the Ngong Ping Village and the Giant Buddha.  This is easily the highest in elevation I have ever been in a cable car and it was breathtaking!  It took almost 3 years to complete and just opened in 2006 and the ride takes almost 30 minutes!
